Relax and reset workshop, 2nd Friday of the month 6-7pm
Join me, Amy Viola, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Mindset Coach for an evening of slowing down, finding balance, and regulating your nervous system using evidence-based techniques

You're always busy and often running around all over the place, juggling 100 things while trying to 'keep your head above water'
Maybe you feel anxious, on edge, or highly strung much of the time, often overthinking and over-analysing
You find it hard to get to sleep, or stay asleep and often feel tired as soon as you wake up, never really feeling recharged
You don't find it easy to relax and want to try other ways to switch off. You know you need to do it for your health!
Maybe you have your stress levels under control and a regulated nervous system, but you'd like to add another self-care string to your bow or just have an evening of blissful peace and relaxation :)
This relaxing session will help you calm and clear your mind, which will allow you to go forward and conquer life with much more ease while strengthening your mental and physical health.
The Relax & Reset session will include:
We will start with a few light stretches and breathing techniques to engage your parasympathetic nervous system and calm your body and mind
Blissfully relaxing, centering, and balancing yourself as you allow your subconscious mind to be calmed and primed for a positive journey ahead
Like a deep, guided meditation or pleasant dream, hypnosis is a safe and powerful tool that can help you calm your mind and body. There is nothing you need to do except like there and listen to my voice, so if you struggle with meditation, you may find this a helpful alternative
Did you know it's impossible to be calm and anxious/angry/overwhelmed simultaneously - the more you strive to be calm, the less you can be anxious

Meditation - Monthly, 3rd Friday each month, 7.30-9pm
Sana is an accredited teacher through the British School of Meditation. Sana will teach you different types of meditation to help you discover which practices resonate best with you. This will include the practice of: Breath meditations, Body scans, Mindfulness, and Contemplation meditations, amongst others. You will also gain an understanding of the physiological benefits of mediation to your health and wellbeing.
Mindful Patterns: Movement and Art, Sunday 16th July 3.30-5.30pm
Suzanne Pink & Maryann Huynh
An afternoon of yoga and mindful pattern drawing with yoga teacher Maryann Huynh and illustrator Suzanne Pink.
Suitable for all levels of practice and skill, this afternoon mini retreat for adults brings together the benefits of Vinyasa Flow yoga and repetitive pattern drawing in a holistic session with experienced teachers that will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and creatively inspired!
We are delighted to be partnering with naturopathic chef Ursula Lake, of Retreat, who will be providing delicious vegan sweet treats for the break between your yoga and mindful pattern drawing sessions. We will also be serving a selection of refreshing drinks to keep you hydrated.
In addition, you will take away a fineliner and mindful pattern pack to continue your drawing practice at home.
