Since 2020, Rita has been offering Sound Healing in both 1:1 and group settings. She’s passionate about integrating scientific knowledge with spiritual wisdom, helping women like you find balance and healing in a world that often feels overwhelming.

Mat Flow Pilates Tuesdays 5:30pm
Darren Tickle
I discovered Pilates in 2006 when I started going to studio sessions at Thirdspace and then Tranquillity Pilates in London. After a few sessions I started to see changes in my body, back pain was disappearing, I was getting stronger and so I became addicted.
In these sessions I was getting both physical and mental improvement from my Pilates practice and was reaping the benefits for days after. It was in those sessions that I thought – I would love to do this and this is when my true Pilates journey began.
To become a true Pilates teacher is a massive commitment it includes 700 hours of teaching, observation and training, so in 2011 I decided to enrol in my teacher training with Balanced Body under Tranquillity Pilates. Other the years I have studied various lineages and now focus on the classical work, and have been lucky to learn from Dana Santi who studied with Romana and Jay Grimes, who is now my key teacher and mentor.
I have always wanted to help other people, whether it be through overcoming back pain, helping with anxiety/depression, helping women during and after pregnancy or working with sports professionals to enhance their current training regime.
It’s always great watching clients become stronger, flexible, improve bad postural habits and fall in love with this method. I have seen over the years
how amazing the human body is and the ability it has to heal itself when trained well.
I look forward to meeting and working with you on your journey.

Elaine Johnson
Elaine is a drama teacher working in Peckham and living in Crystal Palace.
Her practice began after studying European Theatre Arts at Rose Bruford then going on to co-found the theatre company SoundBoxed in 2013. SoundBoxed explored actor musicality in relation to live drums and creating extreme characters in dark, atmospheric spaces. She has worked in venues across London including Barbican, BAC and Theatre Delicatessen. After her theatre company separated in 2016 Elaine freelanced as a performer in primarily immersive events, including the immersive city at Boom Town Festival.
She has been teaching drama in secondary schools since 2021 and loves sharing her passion for drama.
Elaine believes drama workshops are liminal spaces in which people can play and relate to other human beings in an extra-daily way. We rarely set time aside to play and explore our imaginations together as adults, the experience is uplifting and can create strong bonds. They are also a space to understand ourselves from different perspectives by breaking our habitual routines and expectations of ourselves, allowing us to understand the varied abilities we have and building a deeper confidence.
In her workshops she leads a selection of theatre games and improvisation activities that evolve with the group who attend. Elaine uses images, text, objects and chosen themes to inspire creativity. After developing the group through a process of theatre games Elaine will introduce more complex scene building, with the potential to work towards devising short performances.

Baby Massage

Claudia Johnson
I'm a Wellbeing Coach focused uniquely on helping teens and young people to carryOn/calm with Mindfulness & 'Goal-Getting' mentoring sessions.
I also have a real interest and passion for the importance of emotional wellbeing in the early years and support this currently with Baby Massage workshops and courses instilled in Mindfulness for Parents.
Mindfulness is about living more in the present moment, appreciating where we are and what we’re doing and learning to self-regulate to not be overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.
While mindfulness is something we all naturally possess, we’re able to tune into it more when we practice the techniques on a regular basis, with yoga, meditation, breathwork etc.
For me, Baby Massage is about encouraging the positive relationship between parents and their baby’s.
It’s one of the earliest classes that your baby can benefit from using their first language – before they understand words or even see clearly, they can feel.
Loving touch is so powerful for us all – for comfort and as a direct transfer of kind and safe connection.
I want to help to build the foundations of positive parenting in this way from the start; through bonding, nurturing and promoting this peaceful practice for parents and their babies to also carryOn/calm throughout their journeys.

Through her yoga teaching, she hopes to share the benefits of yoga with others to help bring them an increased sense of physical and mental well-being.

Christina teaches yoga with an emphasis on breath and good alignment. Her classes link breath with movement, aiming to create a mindful practice that increases a sense of connection with the body and breath.
