Yin Yoga
Ruby Chow
Ruby discovered the profound impact yoga on her well-being since 2016 when she
starting practising consistently to manage her stressful corporate career. Motivated
to share its benefits and healing power with people around her, she obtained her
200-hour teaching certification and found her love with Yin Yoga when she met her
teacher, Nicky Hadjithoma, whom she then trained with when she decided to
specialise in the powerful yet mellow and passive practice.
With a total of 400+ hours of Iyengar-inspired Hatha/Vinyasa and extensive Yin Yoga
trainings (Paul Grilley lineage), Ruby offers a functional and intuitive approach in her
classes, as she believes yoga should be inclusive to people from all walks of life.
Expect a mindful journey through movement and stillness, often enriched by the
resonant vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls. By blending TCM wisdom with
inclusive, accessible practices, Ruby creates a space for you to reconnect with your
body and find lasting peace amidst the bustle of daily life.
Trained in Tibetan singing bowl therapy, Ruby believes the calming yet powerful
energy of singing bowls can bring people to a state of calm. Apart from thoughtfully
weaving sound elements into her classes, she also offers one-on-one singing bowl
therapies for those who seek for a deeper and more personalised sound healing
experience.
Ruby hopes that through sharing her knowledge, she can create an immersive,
inclusive space where everyone can turn inward, cultivate their body awareness, find
true connections of the mind and the body, and ultimately find peace and lightness in their life.

Kora Meditation
Tishta Sharma
In the Himalayas, people walk the Kora, a circular journey around a sacred place.
But to remember who they are with each steady breath.
This is the heart of Kora. A meditative journey taken, not to arrive anywhere,
but to return to ourselves.
My name is Tishta and I’m here to guide you through your inner Kora,
Born and brought up in these majestic mountains, the Himalayas have shaped me, held me, and quietly taught me how to listen and how to come back to myself.
And now, I offer that same gentleness to you.
At Kora I hold space for you the way the Himalayas have always held it for me,
with steadiness, with compassion, and with the deep belief that you already carry the wisdom you seek within you.
Let's take this meditative journey together, where the world softens and the mind clears.
as I bring this ancient practice into modern healing, through meditation,
holistic therapy, and Himalayan wisdom.

Vinyasa Yoga
Vanessa Ayo
Vanessa teaches yoga as a practical tool for strength, clarity, and nervous system balance. Her classes are typically a dynamic Vinyasa flow with slower, intentional work, drawing on Yang, Yin, and occasional mandala-style sequencing. She is also trained in Hatha and Ashtanga styles. You can expect clear structure, thoughtful transitions, and space to explore both effort and ease. All bodies and background are welcome, and her intention is to help you feel more at home in your skin and more steady in your mind, encouraging curiosity over perfection and choice over force. Classes are inclusive, supportive, and rooted in real life, designed to meet you where you are and support how you move through the world.

Kundalini Activation
Ilia Mazzarella
I’m Ilia — a passionate, creative soul who loves connecting deeply with people and with nature. I live by what lights me up, a forever student of life who follows her heart — though it hasn’t always been this way.
Like many mothers, after the birth of my two wonderful daughters, I found myself completely focused on their needs and slowly lost connection with my own essence. My journey back to myself began with yoga, meditation, reading, dancing, and workshops. Step by step, I rebuilt a sense of trust, self-love, and curiosity for life — remembering that when I fill my own cup first, my energy naturally overflows to others.
Originally from Italy, I attended Art School and later discovered a passion for the Health and Beauty field. I specialized in several massage techniques with a holistic approach, integrating Aromatherapy and intuitive healing. I don’t like to label my offerings — I prefer to tune in, listen deeply, and create a unique experience for each client.
After 11 years in holistic bodywork, life led me to London, where my love for people and food inspired me to open an Italian coffee shop and delicatessen with my partner and father of my children, Imany and Andrea. For over a decade, our café has been a space filled with family warmth, creativity, and connection.
Recently, my path has guided me back to energy and bodywork. I am now a certified Reiki Practitioner and Kundalini Activation Facilitator — sharing love, presence, and transformation with others.
I truly believe that alone we can build castles, but together we can create empires. I look forward to meeting you in one of my sessions.

Mat Flow Pilates Tuesdays 5:30pm
Darren Tickle
I discovered Pilates in 2006 when I started going to studio sessions at Thirdspace and then Tranquillity Pilates in London. After a few sessions I started to see changes in my body, back pain was disappearing, I was getting stronger and so I became addicted.
In these sessions I was getting both physical and mental improvement from my Pilates practice and was reaping the benefits for days after. It was in those sessions that I thought – I would love to do this and this is when my true Pilates journey began.
To become a true Pilates teacher is a massive commitment it includes 700 hours of teaching, observation and training, so in 2011 I decided to enrol in my teacher training with Balanced Body under Tranquillity Pilates. Other the years I have studied various lineages and now focus on the classical work, and have been lucky to learn from Dana Santi who studied with Romana and Jay Grimes, who is now my key teacher and mentor.
I have always wanted to help other people, whether it be through overcoming back pain, helping with anxiety/depression, helping women during and after pregnancy or working with sports professionals to enhance their current training regime.
It’s always great watching clients become stronger, flexible, improve bad postural habits and fall in love with this method. I have seen over the years
how amazing the human body is and the ability it has to heal itself when trained well.
I look forward to meeting and working with you on your journey.

Baby Massage
Claudia Johnson
I'm a Wellbeing Coach focused uniquely on helping teens and young people to carryOn/calm with Mindfulness & 'Goal-Getting' mentoring sessions.
I also have a real interest and passion for the importance of emotional wellbeing in the early years and support this currently with Baby Massage workshops and courses instilled in Mindfulness for Parents.
Mindfulness is about living more in the present moment, appreciating where we are and what we’re doing and learning to self-regulate to not be overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.
While mindfulness is something we all naturally possess, we’re able to tune into it more when we practice the techniques on a regular basis, with yoga, meditation, breathwork etc.
For me, Baby Massage is about encouraging the positive relationship between parents and their baby’s.
It’s one of the earliest classes that your baby can benefit from using their first language – before they understand words or even see clearly, they can feel.
Loving touch is so powerful for us all – for comfort and as a direct transfer of kind and safe connection.
I want to help to build the foundations of positive parenting in this way from the start; through bonding, nurturing and promoting this peaceful practice for parents and their babies to also carryOn/calm throughout their journeys.
Want to work with us?
We are always looking for new, great teachers - drop us a line!
