Flow & Restore Yoga, Thursday 12.30-1.20pm
Caroline Beeston
Caroline is a yoga teacher and wellbeing enthusiast. She first experienced the positive impact of yoga in the 1990’s whilst working in Hong Kong. Practising yoga all her adult life, yoga continues to help Caroline feel well and grounded and to support her during challenging times.

Yoga with Yoko, Wednesday 8-9pm
Yoko Wada
Yoko's love for movement and physical activity goes back to when she was very young and encouraged to pursue professional training in ballet.
Since then, Yoko has explored a variety of different movement practices over the years.
Yoko has dedicated a part of her life to work in theatre and 3-D-design and today loves creating ceramic art pieces.
After many enjoyable, years of work in the travel industry, Yoko has now transitioned into early retirement, to focus more on her holistic and heart-centred activities.
Beyond the yoga mat, Yoko’s on-going passion for holistic well-being resulted in her training as a hypnotherapist, now offering EFT, soul-journeying and regression therapy, which can be combined in 1-2-1 sessions with yoga.
Yoko qualified at the Devvrat Yoga Sangha school of Yoga, in Kerala where she took a 200 YTT training course, earlier in 2023.
Since her return from India, she has been teaching classes around South East London and has continued to expand her teaching knowledge by taking further training courses in various forms of yoga.
(Yin, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Yoga for Children and Pranayama Breathing Techniques.)
Yoko took much inspiration from her two long-standing teachers, Sarah Jettoo (Yoga) and Cherron Lee Johnson ( Pilates), who provided her with a solid foundation in movement principles.

Sound Experience - monthly 4th Sunday 3.30-5pm
Starting Sunday 24th September
Kate Mckenzie and Zoot Lynam
I found myself at a yoga class many years ago. At first, it was a means to keep myself in the best condition mentally and physically. As a young actress, I saw it as a way to keep my ‘instrument’ well.
The practice became more and more absorbing and in 2000, I took my first yoga teacher training.
As it was in Kundalini yoga, where mantra plays a huge role, I quickly connected with some wonderful devotional musicians.
I’ve completed further trainings and studies in hatha, flow, yin and more.
I love to combine elements of these systems, the chakras, and the elements with sound to create a unique offering where I hope you can take time to find balance, calm and inspiration.
I hope you’ll join Zoot and me for a heart-opening sound experience.

Yoga
Fliss Russell
Most of the yoga classes I went to in my 20’s left me cold. I found it difficult to follow the class and I felt stupid. I certainly didn’t want to go back for more!
In my 30’s I finally discovered a class that welcomed complete newcomers with patience and kindness and I soon started to see great improvement in my strength, flexibility and quite unexpectedly my mental health. Now I was hooked!
I'm passionate about keeping my classes accessible and open to anyone who wants to come along - a good yogi isn't someone who aces all the poses, it's someone who listens to their body over the teachers voice and takes things at their own pace - making the practice their own.
To do my classes you don’t need the latest athleisure wear, you don’t need to look a certain way, have a certain level of fitness or understand Sanskrit! You don’t have to have done yoga ever before in your life.
The power of yoga is unexplainable and I’m over the moon that I get to share it with you.
You are welcome just as you are.

Mums & Babies Yoga, Thursdays 11am-12pm
Felicity Wright
Felicity is a Kiwi, mother of two, living and working in London.
Felicity moved to the UK in 2007 to pursue a career in Musical Theatre. She first came to yoga after picking up a performance injury and also found it a good way to keep ‘show fit’ in between roles. After sometime she began to notice something deeper happening within – she felt more balanced, fitter & stronger physically, yes, but more importantly felt mentally stronger and more content. It was then she decided to do her training and become a teacher.
Felicity began her training in 2013 with The Yoga People where she studied Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow Yoga in the traditional Primary Series and Rocket. After a few years of teaching a dynamic style she qualified as a Prenatal and Postnatal yoga instructor with Apple Yoga (Katy Appleton, London). In 2021 she completed her training in Yin alongside Austin Ince (Shanti Power Yoga).
Felicity teaches a range of styles from the fast-paced dynamic flow and powerful through to a more introspective practice, which can cultivate grounding and stillness. She specialises in yoga for Mums. Whether that is pregnancy yoga, mum and baby yoga, or a vinyasa flow for a bit more of a challenge! Felicity feels privileged to be able to work alongside mums during this special time.
Felicity has taught all over London, the UK and New Zealand.

Sound Experience every 3rd Saturday each mo
Muna Escoffery
Muna, AKA Marcia Escoffery, is an award winning singer, six times nominated by the public, as a member of one the best female gospel group in the UK, The Escofferys. She was signed to Atlantic Records USA during the early 90’s.
After two life-changing experiences, the break up of her marriage and two years later the sudden death of her sister, she re-evaluated the meaning of life and how to make a difference to others.
Naturally resonating with spirituality and holistic healing, the search to find her true divine purpose and passion began. Starting with a home based voice tuition practice, Marcia helped clients initially find their inner voice, explore and develop their vocal range, and soon discovered that many clients actually required help with unlocking emotional blocks or releasing old hurts to free their voices.
This was key to helping clients producing a better sound, inducing positive energy and bringing about a new found appreciation for each client’s own sound.
This developed into ‘Soul Sound Healing and Voice Care’ for the professional and layman user, a holistic approach to releasing emotional blocks or hurts, whether from the past or in the present, to bring balance and harmony to the physical body, restoring the vocal sound and encouraging the authentic voice to surface and be present.
Since February 2022, Muna has launched her new sound healing practice ANGELICUS SANATIO, after 27 years of experience in this field, hosting events primarily in Crystal Palace, South London and expanding her practice in the rest of the UK.

Gong & Sound Bath, 1st Friday each month, 7.30pm
Britta von Basedow
I was blown away and fascinated the first time I experienced a gong bath. From that very first moment I was in total awe with these handcrafted instruments. I now can’t imagine life without a gong.
While playing the gongs I channel energy and let that guide me. Every session is unique and can never be repeated, it is what it is in that moment. To me that is like nature, like watching a river or waves in the sea, they come and go, flow by; a scent of a pine tree in the woods, the experience in that one moment, that is, but cannot be grasped.
I see myself like a conduit for the sound to come into being. So I am not a healer, but the receiving of the created sound waves and vibrations might stimulate one’s body to activate its own self-healing abilities and positive energy. And all that is what I enjoy to share with others. I draw inspiration from my shamanic practice & journeying, as well from my own experiences of working in stressful work environment / industry and from her own healing journey through which I see & realised that sometimes we just need a safe space where we can stop the thinking & talking and just be…
Britta is a certified Gong & Sound-healing Practitioner. She is also extremely creative as an artist & photographer, a nature lover and practices shamanism and 5Rhythms dance.
“Britta’s session are very intuitively held and with high level of gong playing” – Frank
“You make magic with everything you touch, You touch me!” – Murielle T.
“When I hear a Gong I feel like I hear the sound of the Universe.”
“It streams through my entire body like a reset to energise me.”
