Join us for our 8 week mindfulness course ‘modern life, mindful living’ in January.
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for Life (MBCT-L) is an evidence based Skills course (not group therapy). It will help you to:
* Find calmness and emotional resilience
* Restore purpose and balance in your life
* Replace self-criticism with self compassion
* Build gratitude, contentment and appreciation into your daily life
* Break free from bad habits and repetitive cycles
* Create a consistent and effective self care routine
* Have support from experienced and fully qualified BABCP psychotherapists
How it works:
* We meet as a group of up to twelve people (plus your two teachers) every Friday afternoon at the Studio (except on half term break on 16th February)
* At the start you’ll receive all course materials, including session summaries and home practice tasks
* Home practice involves up to 30 minutes of daily meditation with weekly audio recordings provided

Womens Circle, 3rd Friday of the month 7.30-9pm, starting January
This monthly women's sharing circle will focus on finding that golden moment where the 'working week' ends and the 'weekend' begins and creating space and stillness for yourself.
In our Friday Circle we connect deeply with each other through meaningful conversation in a safe and warm environment. Come as you are, all of you is welcome here. You will leave feeling lighter, grounded, more connected and perhaps with a whole new group of friends.
Ticket price includes a hot drink and slice of homemade cake as well as ongoing sistership and community through the circle WhatsApp group should you wish to join it. Please reach out if the cost is prohibitive, financial hardship is never a barrier to attendance.

Poetry Writing and Sound Bath, 4th Sunday of the month 7-9pm

You're invited to a beautiful evening of poetry Writing and sound healing with crystal singing bowls and Gong.
Connect, create, release, recharge
Hayah is a professional spoken word artist who also will guide a poetry writing workshop, allowing a potent release of stagnant emotions. Inviting you to let go of any unwanted thoughts and feelings that may be sitting in the body.
Delving into creative writing allows us to meet ourselves on a deeper level, exploring ourselves in our fullness with no expectation or judgement. Writing is a powerful way to transform trapped energy and release it onto paper.
Following this, Rebekah from Talking Crystals will guide a meditation and the invitation will be to lay down, become comfortable and float on the sound waves created by crystal singing bowls and Gong. This will recharge our cells, clear away what we have released, and leave us feeling transformed and lighter.
This is a one off event, and numbers and limited, hope to see you there. All are welcome.

Making Magic - A Women’s Circle with Creativity at the Centre ✂️✨🎨💕
2nd Sunday of every month, 3-5pm
Come and join me for this relaxed women’s circle, where we will take to rest, reflect, journal and create. Each session will be built around a lighthearted, creative activity and a meditative cup of cacao ( or herbal tea if you would prefer) will be on offer to help you enter into a beautiful state of flow.

Join me, Amy Viola, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Mindset Coach for an evening of slowing down, finding balance, and regulating your nervous system using evidence-based techniques

The Relax & Reset session will include:
We will start with a few light stretches and breathing techniques to engage your parasympathetic nervous system and calm your body and mind
Blissfully relaxing, centering, and balancing yourself as you allow your subconscious mind to be calmed and primed for a positive journey ahead
Like a deep, guided meditation or pleasant dream, hypnosis is a safe and powerful tool that can help you calm your mind and body. There is nothing you need to do except like there and listen to my voice, so if you struggle with meditation, you may find this a helpful alternative
Did you know it's impossible to be calm and anxious/angry/overwhelmed simultaneously - the more you strive to be calm, the less you can be anxious

Exploring the Power of Colour: Blue
Join Imogen for an evening exploring the energy and psychology of blue.
Blue is linked to stress, communication and not feeling safe so when working with blue, you let go of the negatives and then you create more peace, great communication and feeling safe within.
The aim is to find limiting beliefs and subconscious patterning that links to these blue issues and help you release them. Everytime you bring something into your awareness to let go, your entire reality shifts as you reconnect more to you. The energy blocks release and you find greater flow in your life; this can be better relationships with your family, increasing money in your life, your health improving or just feeling happier. Everything comes from within.
The beautiful Colour Mirrors bottles and sprays will be there to work with and it will also be combined with EFT/Tapping.
