Held in small, intimate groups, these sessions offer a calm shared space to slow down, ground, and practise together using traditional Himalayan meditation techniques, gently adapted for modern life.
A session may include all or some of the following approaches:
Guided meditation drawing from mindfulness, concentrative, mantra, zen, and visualisation practices
Gentle breathing techniques to support relaxation and nervous-system balance
Gratitude and affirmations to encourage calm, clarity, and emotional steadiness
Periods of quiet integration and rest
A safe, supportive group environment with clear guidance throughout

Gong Bath
San
Allow yourself to let go and go with the flow..
San will guide you through the sound journey by sinking deeper into your consciousness. We will start with guided meditation followed by the sound bath with gong, crystal bowls and percussions.
Gongbath is a very ancient technique that produces an amazing sense of wellbeing through the vibration of all the water within the body. Our bodies are 80% water! Gongs help the brain reach deep levels of relaxation..specifically the Delta brain wave states, which are the lowest brainwaves in human beings. We tend to reach this stage during day dreaming or deep sleep and they are known to aid relaxation, creativity & natural healing.
Note: Please arrive 5 MINS BEFORE the workshop and bring a bottle of water with you.

Mantra Meditation

Join us for a nourishing hour of Mantra Meditation, guided by Sacred Soul Magick and Kali Rising. Through the rhythmic repetition of sacred sounds, we’ll quiet the mind, open the heart, and deepen our connection to the present moment. We’ll begin with gentle breathwork to settle in, followed by a guided mantra practice to cultivate inner peace and resonance. The event will close with a grounding sound journey, focused on Root chakra frequencies to anchor you into a state of balance and stability. This is a free offering and no experience of mantra or chanting is needed, so come as you are and immerse yourself in the power of sound and stillness.

Calm & Centred Breathwork

In this session, you’ll be guided through a series of breathwork practices designed to gently regulate your nervous system, helping you manage stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. Energy Workshop: Women's Circle
Every 3rd Sunday 6.30-9pm

In this monthly energy workshop, you will be guided to understand the mechanism of our own energy system. What are we made of? What is our life purpose? What is our true happiness? Trying to understand the deep meaning of all that is without understanding the mechanism of the energy system that create each of us as well as the entire universe, limit us from knowing the truth. As we collectively deepen the understanding of who we really are, you will be invited to unlearn and to re-pattern our hardwired habits and
limiting beliefs while promoting self-love, inner peace and deep trust in ourselves in order to live our lives to the fullest potential.
This is a safe space to share the seeds of the change agent that is designed for deep transformation to activate your true magnificence within. When we understand the mechanism of our energy system and our soul mission for being here and now, things you thought impossible will become possible, and things you considered as problems will no longer serve as problems. I am excited to be able to share my energy tools
that deeply support my inner peace and happiness that overflows in my energy system each and everyday and I look forward to seeing you at the workshop.

Poetry Writing and Sound Bath, 4th Sunday of the month 7-9pm

You're invited to a beautiful evening of poetry Writing and sound healing with crystal singing bowls and Gong.
Connect, create, release, recharge
Hayah is a professional spoken word artist who also will guide a poetry writing workshop, allowing a potent release of stagnant emotions. Inviting you to let go of any unwanted thoughts and feelings that may be sitting in the body.
Delving into creative writing allows us to meet ourselves on a deeper level, exploring ourselves in our fullness with no expectation or judgement. Writing is a powerful way to transform trapped energy and release it onto paper.
Following this, Rebekah from Talking Crystals will guide a meditation and the invitation will be to lay down, become comfortable and float on the sound waves created by crystal singing bowls and Gong. This will recharge our cells, clear away what we have released, and leave us feeling transformed and lighter.
This is a one off event, and numbers and limited, hope to see you there. All are welcome.
