Monthly Sound Baths

Sound Bath - 1st Saturday of every month, 5.30-7pm
Sana
Sana is a qualified Sound Healer who also works with the International Sound Healing Academy as an associate teacher. Sana holds diploma’s in both 1-2-1 sound healing, and sound healing for groups.
A sound bath is an immersive sensory experience. You will lie on a yoga mat, covered with a blanket, and cushions for comfort while you receive your sound meditation. Sounds are created using different instruments such as crystal singing bowls, the drum, the gong etc. These are all played in a very therapeutic way.
The sound frequencies are designed to entrain the brain (and heart) into sympathetic resonance allowing the body to switch off the stress-response and turn on its healing response.
Healing will occur in your physical, emotional, mental, and soul layers of being. Not only will you experience great relaxation but you will also experience different sensations within the body during the sound meditation in response to the sounds. It truly is a journey to enjoy! Sana will guide you into and back out of the sound immersion with very close guidance. You will leave feeling rebalanced and harmonised.
Sessions are 90 minutes long. Monthly, Saturdays 5.30-7pm.

Sound Bath - 2nd Saturday of every month, 6.30-8pm
Zoe Mitchell
Your opportunity to get cosy, snuggle under a blanket and do nothing except completely relax.
With gentle focus on your breathing I will help you press pause on the busy mind, worries and fears whilst encouraging you to become fully present in the space.
As you settle you will begin to lose any tension within as I guide you through a journey of sounds , where healing vibrations, frequencies and sensations will weave their magic over and through you.
My intention is to create and safe and sacred space , helping you to melt into peace and revieve exactly what you need. To do this I use a selection of ALCHEMY crystal bowls and other soothing instruments for each unique journey.
The best way to describe this form of mediation is science with a splash of magic and one best understood in the moment of the experience.

Gong & Sound Bath - 1st Friday of every month, 7.30-9pm
Britta von Basedow
Sacred sound meditation for full relaxation & wellbeing. A Gong & Sound Bath is a powerful yet relaxing experience that combines the meditative qualities of gongs and other instruments through the healing properties of sound vibration.
All you need to do is lay down, listen and receive and let the sonic frequencies wash through you, bringing you deep relaxation and a sense of energy to your body, mind and soul.
The reverberations of the gongs can have positive effects on the nervous system or relaxes sore muscles in your body. Gong baths may also help to stimulate circulation & balance the body’s energy flow, releasing tension from head to toe. It can also be deeply grounding, clear blockages – all which promote physical and emotional wellbeing.
Most of us experience consciously or unconsciously a lot of stress in our daily lives, but it’s not always obvious how to change this state. Even if we know it would be good, it can be difficult to meditate and do nothing. Therefore the complex sounds of a gong will transcend the brainwaves into an altered state of consciousness which is a great way to reduce stress in a therapeutic beneficial dream / trance like state.
Sounds are unique – some compare them with the vision of floating in space, others to diving into the sea – come without expectations and experience for yourself.
The universe is within.
