Somatics & Sound Healing Every 4th Sunday 3:30-5pm
Nubian Navigation
Zahra is a multifaceted powerhouse Somatic Trauma‑Informed Practitioner, Birthing and Postpartum Doula, and Certified Mastery Method Somatic Transformational Coach who guides individuals and families back into the truth and intelligence of their bodies.
Her work is rooted in deep compassion, ancestral wisdom, and a fierce devotion to helping people reclaim harmony within their nervous systems. With a presence that feels both grounding and electric, Zahra blends breathwork, somatic movement, meditation, and soul‑nourishing sound healing to create immersive landscapes of vibration. In these spaces, the body unwinds, the heart softens, and the nervous system recalibrates into coherence. Her sessions are sensory, restorative, and profoundly transformative, a homecoming to the self.
Zahra offers specialised support for prenatal and postnatal birthing parents, new parents, and their babies, creating gentle, attuned environments where bonding, repair, and emotional grounding can unfold with ease.
She also leads quarterly sound healing circles crafted specifically for women of Afro‑Caribbean and Asian descent, designing soundscapes that honour cultural nuance, lived experience, and ancestral resilience. These sessions are intentional sanctuaries, places where identity, lineage, and healing meet.
Every last Sunday of the month at the Little Escape Studio, Zahra opens a communal space to experience the power of Somatic practice: a space to breathe, release, and rise into deeper alignment with your body’s wisdom.

Gong Sound Bath Every 2nd Sunday 7pm-9pm
Patricia
During Gong Sound Bath you immerse yourself in the reverberations of gongs.
These vibrations can help in stress reduction, enhancing relaxation, and nurturing a
sense of well-being. All you need to do is lie down in a comfortable position and
allow yourself to be bathed in the sounds and vibrations produced by the gongs.
This practice is a form of sound therapy and is used to enhance mindfulness and
inner peace. We love the low sounds of the gongs, even when we don’t hear them,
we feel the vibrations. The sound of the gong helps our brains reach deep relaxation.
During a gong bath our brain waves begin to match the stable frequency of the gong;
this helps create overall harmony within our bodies leaving you rejuvenated.

Poetry Writing and Sound Bath - 4th Sunday of every month, 7-9pm
Rebekah Lidstone
*Now starting in January*
You're invited to a beautiful evening of poetry Writing and sound healing with crystal singing bowls and Gong.
Connect, create, release, recharge
Hayah is a professional spoken word artist who also will guide a poetry writing workshop, allowing a potent release of stagnant emotions. Inviting you to let go of any unwanted thoughts and feelings that may be sitting in the body.
Delving into creative writing allows us to meet ourselves on a deeper level, exploring ourselves in our fullness with no expectation or judgement. Writing is a powerful way to transform trapped energy and release it onto paper.
Following this, Rebekah from Talking Crystals will guide a meditation and the invitation will be to lay down, become comfortable and float on the sound waves created by crystal singing bowls and Gong. This will recharge our cells, clear away what we have released, and leave us feeling transformed and lighter.
This is a one off event, and numbers and limited, hope to see you there. All are welcome.
