Welcome to Strong Foundations! This class uses compound movements and exercises to improve physical fitness and well-being. No matter your fitness level, this class is a great place to start or continue your journey towards greater strength, mobility, and endurance. During class, you will engage in exercises incorporating multiple planes of movement and promoting functional strength and balance. The class will also include stretching and mobility work to promote proper movement patterns and reduce the risk of injury.
You can expect to challenge yourself with compound movements incorporating multiple muscle groups and promoting functional movement patterns. The exercises may include squats, lunges, twists, and other three-dimensional movements. The class is designed to progressively increase in intensity and complexity as you build strength and stamina, so you can continue to challenge yourself and progress over time.

Restore & Renew: Remedial Exercise for Spinal and Joint Health - Saturdays 9.15-10.15am

Looking to improve your spinal and joint health? Restore & Renew is the perfect class for you! This remedial exercise class will help you increase mobility, flexibility, and balance. No matter your age or fitness level, you'll find this class supportive and encouraging as you work towards your fitness goals and well-being. During the class, you'll learn various exercises and movements that target specific areas of your body, focusing on proper technique and form. You will be guided through mobility exercises, stretches, and low-impact movements, all aimed at improving your spinal and joint health.
But that's not all - Restore & Renew can also help you reduce the risk of injury, enhance your ability to perform daily activities with ease, promote relaxation and stress relief, and improve your overall physical and mental well-being.

Pilates for Beginners - Mondays at 12.30pm and Wednesdays at 5pm

This class is aimed at people who are interested in Pilates and don’t know where to start. In the class you will learn how to practise Pilates correctly and easily anywhere. The exercises are gentle and can help you improve your posture and release your stiffness. Everyone in this class will be in the same boat, so questions are welcomed! All exercises are clearly demonstrated and explained by Amy; she happily goes over everything as many times as you need, to help you get the most out of the class.

Pilates for Beginners and Improvers
This 50-minute class is beginner-friendly, but also suitable for those who have tried Pilates and would like to build on what they can already do. Exercises are mostly gentle but we will also be looking at ways to increase the challenge for those who feel ready to build on the Pilates they have already learnt. As always, all exercises will be clearly demonstrated by Amy and questions are welcomed!
