Gentle, breath-led flow blended with passive, supported Yin postures for a mid-
morning reset.

Designed to harmonise the flow of ‘qi’ (energy) along the energetic pathways /
meridians of your body, we will move through moderately-paced, breath-led, and
mindful movements to build gentle heat, release stagnant energy, and shake off
the Tuesday morning stress – the Yang, and settle into long and meditative hold
of postures with the support of props that target specific meridian lines (tailored
to the seasons or specific themes) to nourish your body and calm the mind – the
Yin.
Learn to explore our inner landscape, cultivate body awareness and body-mind-
breath connection.
Walk away feeling perfectly centred, energetically balanced, and deeply
connected to your body's natural rhythm.
Note: Come as you are with comfy clothes you can move in. Bring water with you to hydrate
if needed.

MyoYin

MyoYin – Tuesdays 11:15am – 12:15pm
Self-massage with myofascial release balls followed by long holds of postures in yin
yoga for pain relief, tension release, management of common ailments, relaxation
and recovery.

Whether you have a desk job and always have tight neck, shoulders and back from
sitting in front of the computer for long hours, or you are a fitness enthusiast with a
high-intensity workout routine, a runner, cyclist, tennis player, maybe you are a mom
having sore arms and shoulders from holding your babies, running around for school
pick ups / drop offs… or you do not have any workout regime, new to yoga or any
type of exercises, this class is for you!
By using myofascial release balls with different techniques to massage and release
tension on your body, coupling with yin yoga - passive holds of postures to achieve
lengthening and stretching of our fascia tissues - the vast network of web which
wraps around our muscles.
Expect tension from your day-to-day (chores, workout, or just life in general)
released after the session.
Myofascial release can also help manage common ailments such as carpal
tunnel syndromes, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, tennis elbows, lower back pain,
etc.
You will find relaxation on your body and mind after the recovery and deeply
therapeutic experience.
Expect to leave lighter and more spacious physically and mentally for the rest of
your day!
Note: Myofascial release balls are provided. If you prefer bringing your own, please bring
2 myofascial release / tennis balls and 1 peanut-shaped ball for the session. You can
always use the ones provided if you don't have all of them!

A breath-led class that balances strength and flexibility while cultivating
mindfulness and body awareness.
Moving with intention and your breath as your anchor, we will flow through dynamic
sequences that build strength and stability, interspersed with grounding stretches
and restorative holds. Each movement is an opportunity to deepen your connection
to your body, notice what's present, and settle into a state of calm awareness.
Whether you're seeking to build resilience, release tension, or simply reconnect with
yourself, this practice meets you where you are.
Note: Come as you are with comfy clothes you can move in. Bring a small towel and water
with you to hydrate if needed.

Blending slow-paced, passive Yin Yoga and healing vibrations from Himalayan bowls
to create a safe space for you to unwind from your day, release tension and
emotions, and find deep rest on a Tuesday evening.

Yin Yoga to nourish. Sound bath to soothe. Merging both modalities allows you to
rest and reset. Through the long, passive holds in Yin yoga postures (3-5 min) with
the support of props, fascia tissues are stretched and deep tissue release is
achieved.
The Yin sequence is curated based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and
Meridian theories, taking our physical and mental bodies through practices based on
the nature of different seasons.
The Sound journey* will be grounding and soothing, letting the vibrational energy
from the Himalayan bowls to wash over your body, eventually putting you in a deep
rest state.
*Contraindications apply. Not recommended for people with pacemakers, severe nerve
issues, recent surgery (still in recovery) and in 1st trimester of pregnancy. Please reach out

Slow Flow

This Vinyasa yoga class is a steady, strength building flow designed to explore your physical ability and focus your mind. You will move through a clear, well structured sequence that builds mobility and increases flexibility over time, with lots of moments to explore longer holds, all at an easy pace. All levels and every body and are very welcome and will feel included.
Modifications and breaks are always welcome in any class, and all props and bolsters are always available to support your practice. Expect purposeful transitions, practical alignment cues, and options throughout, backed with progressive beats to match the energy in the room. You will be encouraged to move with awareness and intention, and leave feeling grounded, strong, and relaxed.

Vinyasa Yoga - Mondays, Wednesday & Thursdays

You will move through a clear, well structured sequence that builds strength, mobility, and heat, with moments to slow the pace without losing continuity. All levels and every body and are very welcome and will feel included.
Expect purposeful transitions, practical alignment cues, and options throughout, backed with progressive beats to match the energy in the room. You will be encouraged to move with awareness and intention. This class is ideal if you want to spend the day feeling grounded, strong, and mentally clear.

Vinyasa Yoga - Tuesdays, 7.30-8.30pm

A class to energise your body and calm your mind.
These classes are rooted in vinyasa flow yoga, a style of yoga that links movement and breath, to work the body and calm the mind.
We will slowly warm up with breath and gentle movement and then move into a flowing sequence incorporating strengthening and energising postures, before moving to floor-based poses to stretch the body. Finishing with a long relaxation leaving you feeling rejuvenated but relaxed.
A great way to improve strength, flexibility and balance, to release tension and calm the mind.
This class is suitable for everyone, at all levels, with plenty of options so you can take the class at a pace that suits you best.

Kundalini Inspired Yoga for brain health ,nervous system resilience and improved vitality with Ruth.Fridays 12-1pm
Research has shown Kundalini Yoga to be particularly effective in improving memory function and emotional balance .
A typical class will include an opening relaxation/ landing space , warm ups including chanting, a breathing practice and gentle movement. This is followed by a specific set or ‘ Kriya’ consisting of exercises designed with a focus on an aspect of mind , body or spirit.
Finally, a further period of relaxation and a short meditation is often included .
I am also offering 1-1 sessions which will include a bespoke yoga set and a short Reiki treatment to support healing and relaxation.

A 2 hour practice of rest, involving lying down in a range of positions supported by bolsters, blocks and blankets. If you're tired or frazzled, busy or anxious, overwhelmed or your monkey mind is up to tricks; if you're in need of some time alone, time to unwind, close your eyes and rest your body, this session is for you.
