Incorporating slow and gentle movement, longer-held poses, breathwork and guided meditation, to support the nervous system, make space for healing, creativity, clearer thinking and emotional balance.

This class is an opportunity to tune into yourself with compassion in an affirming space, while incrementally building strength and flexibility.

Kids Yoga (2.5-4yrs), Sundays 1-2pm

Yoga classes for kids are all about fun, creativity and kindness.
In this class we will drop every expectation of what a yoga class should look like. Instead, we will create the space for spontaneity, creative expression, self-esteem and respect.
Of course we will do this through yoga poses and breathing awareness, just a little bit different.
We will go on adventures in the park or through the jungle to meet the cat, the dog and the tree poses; we will dance on the beat of “Old McYogi had a farm” and we will play with singing bowls.
After so much fun, there is always the space for a relaxing Savasana, which soon becomes the kids favourite pose.
These classes are open for kids between 2.5-4yrs (simply because different stages require different exercises), but feel free to drop me an email if your younger or older kids want to join 😊

Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga, Tuesdays 6.30pm

This class combines Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. We will create a flow moving smoothly from one asana to another, but also holding some of them for a longer period of time. This will help to connect movement to our breath, to increase focus, strength and stillness of the mind.
In my classes I like to always include Pranayama to connect with ourselves and to prepare body and mind for the asana practice.
During this time together we will integrate and explore some concepts of yoga philosophy to fully understand Yoga as a way of life, on and off the mat.
There is just sooo much to explore and I can't wait to learn together!

Yin Yoga and Sound Savasana

A perfect antidote to the busy modern life.
Come relax and rest.... This class will help to calm your mind and relax your body.
Yin yoga is know as 'me time' and giving you the opportunity to let your thoughts flow freely as you hold a series of poses which are held between 3-5 minutes. This encourages time to create space in the body and feel into your line of energy known as chi.
Being still in these poses allows time for feelings to arise which can help to balance and calm the mind. Yin Yoga also helps you increase mobile and flexibility, as well as work deeply into the connective tissues of the body.
Following your 60 minutes of relaxing Yin Yoga you will be invited to take your relaxtion with a 30 minute of healing sounds washing over you with a beautiful sound bath.
At the end of yin class I will invite you into a savasana, this is your time to lay back and relax into a space of stillness as I guide you through a relaxtion and calm through beautiful sounds of Alchemy Crystal Bowls and chimes , leaving you feeling nourished and nurtured.
Everybody is welcome to practice in this supportive class environment.
Vinyasa Yoga - Tuesdays, 7.45-8.45pm

A class to energise your body and calm your mind.
These classes are rooted in vinyasa flow yoga, a style of yoga that links movement and breath, to work the body and calm the mind.
We will slowly warm up with breath and gentle movement and then move into a flowing sequence incorporating strengthening and energising postures, before moving to floor-based poses to stretch the body. Finishing with a long relaxation leaving you feeling rejuvenated but relaxed.
A great way to improve strength, flexibility and balance, to release tension and calm the mind.
This class is suitable for everyone, at all levels, with plenty of options so you can take the class at a pace that suits you best.

'Thrive and Revive' - A mindful Vinyasa Yoga practice with Yoko.
Beginners / Intermediate level.
Yoko is dedicated to creating a welcoming and nurturing environment, where students of varying levels of experience can feel supported, throughout.
Her teaching style is explorative and creative, incorporating holistic and relaxing healing elements such as aromatherapy oils, guided meditations, and the occasional sound healing instrument.
Yoko will offer modifications to poses, or gentle adjustments to meet you where you are on your yoga journey.
Yoga for Yoko is all about seeking the balance between body and mind, action and relaxation.
Yoko is also available for one-to-one appointments for yoga, hypnotherapy, or a combination of both.

Starting with a replenishing, gentle, flowing movement practice to stretch and strengthen the body and then transitioning into nurturing restorative poses, to relax and calm.
A practice aimed at moving and stretching the body to prepare it for stillness, a wonderful way to find balance and create harmony in body and mind.
The class is suitable for everyone including beginners or those newer to yoga.

Yoga Therapy for Postpartum Recovery nurtures, stabilises and restores vitality. Mums & babies practice a series of energising and restorative movements and breathwork for post-partum healing.
We focus on strengthening and stabilising the pelvis, toning the pelvic floor, releasing the neck and shoulders, (breast)feeding meditation, sonic massage, and deep relaxation.
My therapeutic yoga class offers a space for you to connect with your baby and meet other women while feeling held and supported in a safe and nurturing space.
