Exploring the Power of Colour - 4th Friday of every month, 7.30-9pm
Imogen French
Join Imogen for a workshop to help you reconnect to you. So often with the pressures of life you disconnect from yourself, every time you ignore yourself or choose the wellbeing of others over nurturing your own body, you disconnect a little bit more.
What if you could choose something different? What if you could live life trusting your own instincts, knowing that it is ok to say no when you want to?
What if you could find that unshakeable connection to yourself so that no matter what happens, you trust yourself and know that you can handle it. Wouldn't it be amazing to live like that?
We will be working with the beautiful colour mirrors bottles as well as eft/tapping. There will be a meditation but most importantly, it will be about you leaving a little brighter, loving yourself more and knowing yourself even better.
How does it get better than that?
Relax and reset workshop, 2nd Friday of the month 7.30-8.30pm
Amy Viola
Join Amy Viola, award-winning Clinical Hypnotherapist & Coach for an evening of slowing down, finding balance, and regulating your nervous system using evidence-based techniques
Do you resonate with one or more of the following?
-
You're always busy and often running around all over the place, juggling 100 things while trying to 'keep your head above water'.
-
Maybe you feel anxious, on edge, or highly strung much of the time, often overthinking and over-analysing.
-
You find it hard to get to sleep, or stay asleep and often feel tired as soon as you wake up, never really feeling recharged.
-
You don't find it easy to relax and want to try other ways to switch off. You know you need to do it for your health!
-
Maybe you have your stress levels under control and a regulated nervous system, but you'd like to add another self-care string to your bow or just have an evening of blissful peace and relaxation :)
-
This relaxing session will help you calm and clear your mind, which will allow you to go forward and conquer life with much more ease while strengthening your mental and physical health.
The Rest & Reset session will include:
-
We will start with a few light stretches and breathing techniques to engage your parasympathetic nervous system and calm your body and mind.
-
Blissfully relaxing, centering, and balancing yourself as you allow your subconscious mind to be calmed and primed for a positive journey ahead.
-
Like a deep, guided meditation or pleasant dream, hypnosis is a safe and powerful tool that can help you calm your mind and body. There is nothing you need to do except like there and listen to my voice, so if you struggle with meditation, you may find this a helpful alternative.
-
Did you know it's impossible to be calm and anxious/angry/overwhelmed simultaneously? The more you strive to be calm, the less you can be anxious.

Bach Flowers Blending Workshop
Monthly, every 1st Saturday 6.30-8.30pm
Marie Cotel
Join me, Marie, for this monthly workshop to learn about the ways Bach Flower Remedies can help you and your loved ones through difficult times.
Most will be familiar with Dr Bach’s famous Rescue Remedy (or Emergency Essences) for acute and distressing situations, but did you know that there are 38 different essences available to address all sorts of emotional imbalances such as:
-
Lack of self-confidence and negative self-talk
-
Fear and phobias
-
Jealousy
-
Guilt and shame
-
Difficulty adapting to change
-
Worry and anxiety
-
Burnout
-
Procrastination and feeling overwhelmed
-
Mental anguish
-
Premenstrual symptoms
Bach flowers are extremely gentle and can be used at any stage of life, from infancy to old age, and even during pregnancy and breastfeeding. They carry no contra-indication with medications and supplements, and have remarkable effects on pets as well!
Dr Bach believed that a lot of physical afflictions had an emotional origin and that the way to be rid of detrimental emotions was not to fight them but to “overflow the organism with goodness in order to stir it back into a balanced state”.
If you are ready to make a profound change to your emotional and physical health, then join me on the first Saturday of each month and go home with a personal blend of flower essences. On the day you will have the opportunity to make as many different blends as you need (£5 per extra bottle).
